National Parents Week 2025 – Free Online Workshop on the impact of Bereavement on Children
National Parents Week, celebrated across Ireland every October, is a vital opportunity to recognise and support the role of parents in nurturing children’s emotional and developmental wellbeing. In 2025, Rainbows Ireland is proud to partner with Parentline to deliver a free online workshop via Zoom on October 20th, titled “The Impact of Bereavement on Children and Young People – How Parents Can Support”. This session is designed for both parents and professionals, offering practical insights and compassionate guidance on how to support children through grief. The collaboration reflects Rainbows Ireland’s & Parentlines commitment to empowering families and ensuring that children experiencing loss are met with understanding and care.
